Lost or Stolen Card:
If your card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to prevent unauthorized use. Call us for assistance during business hours at 309.661.1166, or call 800.754.4128 after business hours.
Suspicious Activity:
Our team continuously monitors for unusual transactions and helps you address any concerns rapidly. Call 309.661.1166 during business hours, or 800.543.5073 after our normal business hours. For Secure Checking users, call the Benefits Service Center at 866.210.0361. If you need to report fraud, please contact The Credit Union for All as soon as possible on the next business day.
