Provide your name, address, legal ID (driver’s license or passport), Social Security number, and proof of eligibility (residence, employment, family connection, or donation).

Make a $1 donation to the Dollars for Scholars Foundation if you’re joining from outside McLean County.

What You’ll Need:
- A current government-issued photo ID
- Proof of address or employment (for McLean County residents/workers)
- $1 donation to the Dollars for Scholars (if applicable)
