If your card is lost or stolen: Call The Credit Union for All during normal business hours at 309.661.1166 OR Call Visa directly, anytime, 24/7: 1.800.600.5249

Your card will be blocked, and a new card will be issued. If your credit card(s) are reported lost or stolen, you are protected from any fraudulent purchases made against your account.

Questions about your PIN (personal identification number)?

New cardholders will receive a PIN in the mail and instructions for changing it. 

Existing cardholders who have forgotten their PIN or want to change it should call 800.567.3451, 24 hours a day.

Lost or Stolen the credit union for all Visa Rewards Debit Cards

If your The Credit Union for All Visa Rewards DEBIT card is lost or stolen, call 800.472.3272 immediately and report your lost or stolen DEBIT card! 

Then call The Credit Union for All at 309.661.1166, ext. 4255 and let us know so that we can de-activate the missing card and issue you a new one.
